My use of this system and the information contained therein is limited to grants management. I will take necessary precautions to prevent the unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification of any information and will bring to the immediate attention of my supervisor and DSHS any incident that results, or may result, in the unauthorized use of the system.
This system and equipment are subject to monitoring to ensure proper performance of applicable security features or procedures. Such monitoring may result in the acquisition, recording and analysis of all data being communicated, transmitted, processed or stored in this system by a user.
